Dropshot actually have nothing to do with too much tequila. It is technique for fishing any kind of plastic bait. Like most good techniques of fishing, once you get the hang of dropshot fishing, it is a wonderful pastime. The Gary Yamamoto Senko distinguishes itself with its shimmying, shivering dance. The Gary Yamamoto Senko has a motion all its own; it is unique. Over the past five years or so, the Yamamoto Senko has become a favorite. Not only does it dance well, as it falls, the unique salt-impregnated body causes it to be a little heavier and gives it an active fall rate that the fish love.

The Carolina rig, commonly referred to as the C Rig, catches a lot of bass and is easy to use. For some reason, it remains a method of last resort for many fishermen when it could be first choice. Possibly, it remains a last resort because it seems complicated and there are so many variations to rigging it; however, it is actually quite simple and straightforward. The C rig is worth explaining what makes it up, how to use it, and where to use it. It is a worthwhile method of bringing in a lot of bass.

Skinner Dippers Would Be Fun to Watch (and You Can Often See Them)
The skinny dipper. For those who are looking for something a little different, skinny dippers fit that bill. A shad-style, rib-bodied swimbait, the skinny dipper sports a flipping tail that provides it with a vibrating, swimming action. Skinny dippers are currently causing a bit of a craze among bass fishermen since a lot of pros have been showing up successful with this interesting, new lure.
